The hotel was conveniently located near shopping areas and only a short distance from popular attractions. The carpeting in the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a cozy stay. having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a great bonus, allowing for convenient snacking and storage of drinks or leftovers.

The air conditioning vents were broken, the bathroom tiles were broken, and the bathroom gate did not close properly. The lack of maintenance and upkeep was evident.

Although it's not the most luxe hotel we have ever slept in, it was very clean. Free parking place in front of the rooms. We just came to see the Niagra falls, we were not looking for fancy hotels. But it suits just fine for what we were looking for. Most importantly: the rooms were clean, the airco was working, and we had free parking for our car, people were nice. So for me it was a pleasant stay.

Unglücklicherweise war das Frühstücksbuffet nicht besonders vielfältig und wurde nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt.

We really enjoyed this great budget hotel. We found out good rates in the property. It was just next door to restaurants, and zoo, particularly good location overall. Furthermore, close enough to the falls.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.
